MARY I. ESTABIL

Principal

Mary joined ZCG in October 1995 upon the firm’s opening.

Mary came from BEA Associates where she started BEA’s administration of private placement securities.

At ZCG, she is Chief Compliance Officer and oversees all aspects of private placement administration.

Having graduated from Vassar College in 1989, Mary obtained her J.D. degree at Boston University School of Law in 1992 and is a member of the New York State Bar. She sits on the Board of Directors of LRM Industries International, Inc. and is a Principal of ZCG.
